Equip churches to do better pre-missions assessment, counseling and preparation.
Equip the whole Body of Christ with the right knowledge and understanding for engaging cross-cultural here in the U.S.
Equip churches and foundations to be culturally wise in the use of funds and people in global endeavors.

The Trainers
David & Vicki Frazier ministered for 20 years in the Middle East and have been involved in cross-cultural ministry for more than 40 years. David has a B.A. in Intercultural Studies & Missiology from Biola University, an M.A. in General Theological Studies from Columbia International University, and an M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Memphis. David’s book MissionSmart is available on Amazon. Vicki is a certified educational therapist with the National Institute for Learning Development (www.nild.net) and is a training facilitator for the Trauma Healing Institute (www.traumahealinginstitute.org). David and Vicki are involved in missions mobilization, pre-missions preparation, on-field coaching, and marriage mentoring. They live in Memphis, TN but spend lots of time traveling to equip and encourage.
